Returns & Refund Policy
At Kidankam, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can initiate a return for most items purchased from Kidankam within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or free gifts that came with the product.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice, must be provided.
Note: Products that are personalized, customized, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@kidankam.com or call +91-92661 48999 within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide details of the product you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our logistics partner. Please ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Upon approval of the return:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- If the original payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Replacements
If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can opt for a replacement. To request a replacement:
- Report the issue to our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
- After verifying the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
5. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events may have different return terms, as mentioned during the offer period.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first. To cancel, contact customer support.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. You may return the product once it is delivered.
