We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

- Order Cut-Off Time: We process all our orders on priority which is on same day. In case Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Expedited Delivery: For one-day or two-day delivery options, standard charges will apply as displayed during checkout.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays.
- Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders totaling INR 499 or more.
- Standard Shipping Rate: For orders below INR 499, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

We collaborate with multiple reputable delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
- Order Confirmation and Tracking
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the shipment details and a tracking number.
- Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided by visiting the courier’s website or our Order Tracking page.
- Undeliverable Packages and Return to Sender
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- Customer Notification: In case of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
- Re-shipping Charges: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your shipment is confirmed lost during transit, we will send a new shipment to you at no extra cost.
- Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
